Prioritizing safety (while having fun!), we emphasize learning proper form and technique, which is crucial to prevent injuries and ensure effective workouts.

Proper training and equipment use are essential for building a strong foundation, enhancing performance, and boosting confidence in the gym. Keep it fun and bring a mate along!

Each session is run by two trainers at all times, ensuring personalised attention and guidance for every participant. This dual-trainer approach allows for comprehensive instruction, immediate feedback, and hands-on assistance, making sure you learn and practice the correct techniques effectively.

Sessions are held every Monday and Wednesday from 4 pm to 5 pm for 10 weeks. You can choose to attend either one or two sessions per week.

The program starts on Monday, 8th July. Purchase your first week below to secure your spot and we’ll sort out the rest at your first session.
