Prioritizing safety (while having fun!), we emphasize learning proper form and technique, which is crucial to prevent injuries and ensure effective workouts.
Proper training and equipment use are essential for building a strong foundation, enhancing performance, and boosting confidence in the gym. Keep it fun and bring a mate along!
Each session is run by two trainers at all times, ensuring personalised attention and guidance for every participant. This dual-trainer approach provides comprehensive instruction, immediate feedback, and hands-on assistance, ensuring you learn and practice the correct technique.
Our next session block will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 pm to 5 pm for 12 weeks.
The next program starts on Tuesday, 17 September. Choose to attend either one or two sessions per week.
