Our mission is to educate, support & inspire as many people from our local community to make their health & fitness more of a priority than its ever been before .
This is not a weight loss challenge !
This is about making the commitment to your own health & fitness goals for that 8week period and undertaking a journey of self discovery to see just how awesome of shape you can get in within that 8 weeks … both physically and mentally !
Attendance to group sessions, making changes to nutritional habits, sharing stories, recipes, workouts and inspiration as well as going that extra mile are just some of the LITTLE things that transform into a BIG result at the end of 8 weeks!
The RHINO group session timetable sees some additional classes added for support.
Plus a constant stream of motivating content for all entrants is guaranteed to keep you focused and inspired every single day !!!

Looking back now I really love my new diet and more than happy to stick to it moving forward after the challenge which I thinks is the biggest thing for me!! I don’t get as tired , am a lot fitter and just feel a lot better all over.

I have kept the 15kgs weight off I lost in the challenge and I continue with my fitness journey at Rhino. I have achieved things I didn’t think I could. Rhino gave me my life back. Thanks to Rhino, especially Jarrod my trainer, but all the trainers are amazing.

I have created many new healthy habits but the best habit I have taken away is to be consistent not just during the week but on the weekends as well and to get up early and get shit done! I now have a much better understanding about the amount of calories I need to be consuming and now do not restrict myself from anything I am craving, I just need to ensure I fit it into my calorie intake. I’m also now eating more carbs than ever before and I am loving it!

Over the past month we have been working alongside local meal planning / food preparation service called ‘The Hungry Kitchen’… THK is committed to making delicious, wholesome, well balanced meals that will compliment your 8week challenge campaign epically !!!
Imagine your nutrition being sorted for the entire 8weeks… no cooking !!!
These meal plans will be able to cater for all entrants with very minimal supplementation of other foods to ensure desired personal calorie bracket is reached…
Could not be more excited!!! And of course supportive of as many of our challenge entrants utilising the hungry kitchen food preparation service to maximise success throughout the challenge…
