Back in 2016 we launched our first ever transformation challenge…
Our mission was to educate, support & inspire as many people from our local community to make their health & fitness more of a priority than its ever been before .
Now Running two of these challenges every year since; the feedback, the attendance, the effort, the culture and the RESULTS have been truly mind blowing !
This is not a weight loss challenge !
This is about making the commitment to your own health & fitness goals for that 8week period and undertaking a journey of self discovery to see just how awesome of shape you can get in within that 8weeks … both physically and mentally !
Attendance to group sessions, making changes to nutritional habits, sharing stories, recipes, workouts and inspiration aswell as going that extra mile are just some of the LITTLE things that transform into a BIG result at the end of 8weeks!
We have seen members completely transform their lives via an overhaul of their training and nutrition over the course of our challenges and word is continuing to spread !!!
The RHINO group session timetable sees some additional classes added for support.
