I joined the rhino 6 week challenge as I had become very unhealthy and my eating habits towards food were very poor. I wasn’t making the best decisions plus I hadn’t trained for almost a year.
2 years ago I gave up drinking alcohol and my daily intake of soft drink was becoming a lot more then the usual, so one of my main goals in this challenge was to give up soft drink. I set myself a goal that I wanted to lose 10+kgs and be strict on my diet…
I missed 4 days of training out of the 6 weeks and by the end of the challenge I really looked forward to training which hasn’t happened for a long time..
I lost 10kgs and 8% body fat while still gaining muscle on top of that, I feel absolutely amazing , it’s the first time in a long time I have no pain in my knees..
I love training at rhino and just want to thank all the trainers for all their encouragement and their continual support and motivation to keep pushing me, a special mention to Ryan for pushing me to my limits every time we trained together, thanks heaps legend..
Can honestly say it’s been the best thing I’ve done and now I’m more motivated to keep pushing on thanks again rhino health and fitness.
