Bootcamp is where it all began for Rhino back in 2013.

Structured group training aimed to cater for all fitness levels. An exciting mix of high intensity resistant and interval training is guaranteed to get the heart rate pumping and recapture your love for exercise.

Notorious for our contagious culture, Rhino Bootcamp’s are certain to inject that spark your training regime has been lacking. 

We utilise our entire facility in these classes throughout the whole year, you’ll never get bored. 
Our trainers promise is to give limitless feedback in regards to exercise technique, to provide safe, effective and fun.

  • Tuesday – 5:00am ( Boxing )

  • Wednesday- 6:30pm ( Gym Strength And Conditioning )
  • Thursday – 6:00pm ( Boxing )
  • Friday – 5:30am ( Gym HIIT )
  • Saturday – 6:00am ( Gym HIIT )
  • Saturday – 7:30am ( Gym HIIT )
